What worked for me was opening up my energies & soul to my past and to the idea of allowing myself to learn and heal myslf through understanding and dealing with my past. The methods used worked very effectively. The group work, notations and the singing was encouraging. The positive affrimations were the highlight. I let go of the negaitivity surrounding self praise & affrimations & the lower self regard for myself. I took with me a new beginning, a way forward to start true healing. allowing myself to love myself.

Finding your true in calling in life sometimes just seems an illusion in the fast pace world we live in. This workshop takes you to the inner core of yourself on so many levels… The highlight for me was going back to the inner child that is held deep down within you … it was fantastic seeing the ‘me’s’ through time. All healing begins with the self and this course gives you the tools you need to find the true you. So go on … give yourself a must deserved gift for yourself … and try it.
I attended the workshop held on the 27th and 28th of February 2010. I openly admitted that I attended without much confidence or faith and had only come as a suggestion of a good friend. I was easily distracted on the first morning and had very little intention of attending the second day. What I can say is that the weekend has totally transformed me and has been the best investment of my time.
During the workshop Ashika is encouraging and created a safe environment for me to be able to open up about myself. She builds confidence to make me feel that I achieve anything that I can dream of.
I was able to connect with my soul, something I have never done or was exposed to – what an enlightening experience where I feel connect with my soul, inner child and body.
When the first day of workshop was extended considerably Ashika proved to be someone that was patient, self-sacrificial person to extract the maximum potential from every individual. She displayed the ability to deal tactfully with situations, even when someone was not going to attend the second day of the workshop.
After the workshop she still maintains contact with the group, sending e-mails of encouragement and support and calling arbitrarily to enquire how much progress has been made.
She is extremely passionate about what she does – this is her life’s purpose. Besides her saying this, every deed or word of hers is an embodiment of these principles. She is a living example of the foundation and the work that she undertakes. She has displayed the ability to identify patterns and connections between information and situations that are not obviously related, spot the underlying or casual issues in complex situations.
I had an amazing experience of being able to find myself and forgive the people that ‘hurt’ me emotionally during my various growing stages. Eventually I felt that I was able to cleanse myself internally. I have always felt a sense of guilt and of not feeling good about myself because of the numerous criticisms from people as well as myself.
After the workshop I felt an amazing sense of self worth and exuded confidence. I was able to look at myself in the mirror without noticing my flaws. I felt rejuvenated and positive about life. I felt that there was a purpose for my existence. For the first time in my life, I felt IMPORTANT. I always wondered how to cleanse myself internally. I’m so glad that I was introduced to Ashika because now I have the tools to be able to make my life better and experience true happiness.
I was deeply impressed with Ashika. I feel that she is a saint and that God has chosen her to be one of our saviours. As a facilitator, she is easy to talk to and identify with. It is so easy to identify with her as she is so ‘down to earth’ and extremely sincere about her work. Whenever I have a dilemma, I always e-mail her, and she responds almost immediately. Her responses are exactly what I need to make me feel confident and better.
She is reaching out to more and more people because of her selfless nature. She has now decided to conduct workshops out of her own desire to help more and more people. Therefore she has now decided not to charge a fixed fee for the workshops; one can pay at their own discretion. She is sincere at what she does and has a heart of gold. It is crystal clear to me that Ashika’s purpose in life is solely to help people.
I have never met anyone who is so intent on making this world we live in a better place. Her passion and drive to succeed at helping people is so evident. Her selfless nature and ability to reach out to people is unexplainable. I feel so fortunate to have met her and I know that she will reach out to thousands through her work. My journey began in April 2008 when I attended my first workshop. Since then I have attended two more workshops and am in the middle of doing the 8 week life coaching sessions. My objective is to Life Coach wherever I am needed and t o heal the body, mind and assist in the connection to the soul. The daily use of these principles has changed my life and shifted me from ambition into purpose. I now have a purposeful life; I found me and who I am. I also found what I am here to do (my life purpose). It took me years of searching, even travelling overseas to find this knowledge and in the end only to find it within me. The work began with a journey of self discovery and my entire life was opened before my very eyes, I saved myself from lack, self loathing, hate, anger and resentment, all of which manifested in ill health. I found freedom, peace, love, compassion and truth. The greatest blessing which I know the angles celebrate; I found God within me. I was divinely guided to Ashika and the heal your life process. Before meeting Ashika, I had not been exposed to Louise’s philosophies. My cousin strongly advocated to me the life changing benefits of attending the Heal Your Life Workshop, after attending twice herself.

I had procrastinated for months, from committing to attend the workshop, yet I prayed daily to rid myself of the negative, pessimistic emotions, thoughts and feelings I was plagued with and the low self confidence and self doubt I subjected myself to. Ashika’s regular motivational e-mails were the gentle persuasive nudge I needed to take that first step.
I attended a free coaching session in October, and the wonderful change in my life began. I am close to completing my 10 week coaching with Ashika and in the interim, attended the workshop. What an amazing experience!!! I have been able to “let go”/” be willing to let go” of the hurt, pain and unnecessary destructive emotions, feelings and experiences I have been hanging on to, allowing myself to heal, love myself and get in touch with my inner child.

Firstly I would like to say Thanks for the amazing process and opportunity to become a more enlightened person through your life coaching sessions. I must admit at the beginning, it was a bit strange and I was sceptical as to how I was going to apply the principles of success to my life but with time and patience as well as Swami’s (God, The Universe) divine grace, I have now transformed my life and I am ecstatic about preparing for my Graduation ceremony after passing my Financial Accounting 3 Final Exam two months ago with an average above 60%.
Your work and divine intervention has truly brought me to the path of joy, peace, success and good health. I am extremely convinced that as I walk across the stage, towards the podium, as the M.C for the evening announces my name and qualification…RAGESHNEE PILLAY BACHELOR OF ACCOUNTING SCIENCES (WITS) , you and Swami will be in my thoughts and if not the least, your energy will also be present with me on the well awaited evening.
