In July 2010 I had the honour of completing the training in England and graduated as the only licensed Teacher-Teacher for South Africa (training those that would like to become Heal Your Life workshop facilitators).
In addition I am currently the ONLY licensed HYL Coach in South Africa.
Even as a child I knew my purpose in life involved working with people and helping them find love; peace and comfort in their lives. I did not know how and when and carried that nudge with me through my entire life.
Life had presented me with many challenges from a very early age. I persevered and overcame this with success by ‘searching’. Beginning with a yearning for a spiritual journey which brought me in alignment with feeling a sense of calm and purpose. This led me to the desire to overcome my life’s fears and find a fulfilling purpose to my life. Surely there must be more to life that pain, struggle & mundaneness! It’s then that I started with the use of self development work. Once I broke free from my past; that burning passion to help others do the same ignited a desire to action my dreams.
I studied & was Certified as a Reiki Master in 2004, and registered with the Reiki Masters Association of South Africa.
In 2002 I had enrolled as student for REIKI, which opened the doors to a deeper life’s purpose. During this time working in my own little private practice as a Reiki practitioner/master it became clear that in order for people to effectively repair any dis-ease in the body or any dis-harmony in their lives, they needed more than just a solution to a symptom, they needed to find the root cause. My logic is ‘When you remove a weed with its root from a garden, can it ever grow again?’
In this quest to find a solution that can help a person obtain a whole and complete wellness solution I discovered that it is indeed our ‘thinking’ and; ‘feeling’ processes that are the root cause of dis-ease and life struggles. This led me to the work of Louise Hay in addition to many others, where I began a series of courses and studies over the past years and was certified as a workshop facilitator of the Heal Your Life workshops in March 2008.
I have facilitated this work briefly in the United Kingdom and South Africa, and through this highly successful courses and workshops have been blessed to reach and; assist many people in overcoming their past hurts and; traumas and further help coach them to the life they really want. I fondly use what I call the ‘detect and; repair’ approach..
I offer my clients my time, dedication and expertise as a life coach and my clients are fully supported in their journey of creating the life that they truly desire. With the combined qualifications, it brings a new dimension to my service to humanity; a coach, course facilitator, reiki master/therapist and a dedicated friend. My desire is to keep learning so I can usher in more awareness in the quest to bring about love, peace and comfort in peoples lives’. I am not a text book coach, my ability to relate to people & their difficult times extend from my OWN life experiences, the UNIVERSITY of life… an institute I know I would only graduate from when my days on this planet are over.
With honour I have launched the ‘LIVE the LOVE Project’ in January 2010, a mission to reach more & more people with this amazing work. There are more out reach programmes unfolding this year.
There are methods to achieving dreams & ambitions which are not taught in conventional schools. New schools of thought & action need to be learnt.

My name is Mandy Ndlovu and had the pleasure of attending the heal your body workshop facilitated by Ashika.
The love and understanding she showed the attendees was phenomenal.
I am natural a reserved person and find it extremely hard to open up to people.
Ashika made me feel comfortable, in a home and that made me feel safe and open up to my past, she connected with me with understanding and warmth.
The methods of healing used, mirror work was great, looking at yourself and affirming who you are- that was great stuff.
She made all the sense in that w have control over what happens to us, reading testimonies from the Louise Hay books also made me realize that it is possible to be free of burdens through self help.
Ashika made it easy to deal with the inner child, made it understandable and the meditation (which was a new thing for me) really worked.
The whole workshop was professionally facilitated- Ashika is a therapist, a nurturing person and she allowed me to see the future, choose freedom and move on a healthy and happy person.
As hard as it was dealing with the pain of the past, feeling ridiculous about affirmations, Ashika gave me the opportunity of anytime contact with her, which I needed to move forward.
She provides the tools to use so as not be stuck, tools to help you along the way.
She is a great and phenomenal woman, with a great talent at helping people unlock the past and reconnect with who they really are!
Crossing paths with her has changes lives and continue to inspire me on a daily basis.

I met Ashika in 2009 via a networking portal. We corresponded for a period of time prior to me participating in her workshop. During this pre-workshop period I found her to be very generous in terms of her expertise and knowledge, which demonstrated to me that she has a sincere desire to help develop people at all levels.
It was because of her integrity that was displayed prior to the workshop that I decided to participate in the workshop. The workshop was very enlightening. During this time I was able to discover a lot more about myself and the reasons for the way that I process events and circumstances.
I found Ashika to be a calming and non-judgmental person, which allowed people in the workshop to experience a sense of safety during their sharing times. This was especially important for the more reserved members of the group.
Following the workshop she was readily available for support, which was extremely beneficial as the nature of the workshop caused many subconscious processes to begin and this process while healing was quite disturbing at times and it was very helpful to have Ashika available to help me through the process.
Her wealth of knowledge and integrity so impressed me that I have asked her of a few occasions to be a contributing author for my company electronic newsletter that is distributed to over 1000 customers. We received very favorable response from her contribution.
I believe that Ashika is an excellent facilitator and because of her genuine concern for people, outstanding empathy and empowering attitude.
