The constant cry for help that exists around us is so often silenced by distracting ourselves with keeping busy & making all types of excuses for placing ourselves last. There comes a time in everyones life when they have to STOP, let it not be when we meet the end.

This is one major reason why our children are faced with so much adversity & find it difficult to cope in their own little lives.

Dear Reader
I have attended this workshop recently and have to convey my utmost gratitude to Ashika for such a wonderful experience.
There was so much of baggage shed on this course that had been carried for so long. And after the shedding, there was only healing, love, inspiration, all positives beign learnt. I came out of the workshop with such clarity and peace of mind. It was honestly the most fulfilling personal experience I have ever had.
I would recommend absolutely everyone reading this to go on the workshop. It has truly been a life changing and inspiring experience. The tools learnt makes every days challenges so much easier to deal with and always come out on top:)
To you Ashika…you are just overflowing with love, light, passion, kindness, intuiton, etc, etc…there’s so many great words to describe you. Thank you so so much.

I feel profound emotion of gratitude, reading all articles on this website i remember my awakening, I just grateful that in my search for the meaning of my existence,chance lead me to Ashika and the heal your life workshop.Thank you Chance!!
O.M.Gosh! for me the experience was outa body, I remember after the workshop sleeping a dreamless sleep, because of all the anger that spewed out of me.
For Anyone who has stopped dreaming, You can rekindle that flicker of hope that drew you to this site.
And behalf of EVERYONE who has traveled this path, We are so thankful to Ashika Sigh she IS Blessed!

First up – these workshops are for people that are willing to accept that something isn’t working in their lives and are WILLING to DO something about it.
Ashika will not solve your problems – she will guide you, grow you and equip you so that you can overcome your own obstacles.
As a guy I had a very real concern that this workshop would be an emasculating experience – it just seemed so… girly.
And I expressed this to Ashika before booking for the workshop that I embarked on.
She was quick to respond to each of my many insecurities and was very frank about what to expect.
I thought that I was going in to the workshop with an open mind.
I was wrong.
What I learned there – about myself, about what drives me, about what defines me – blasted the walls of my mind wide open and I’m glad to say that the boundaries of my mind will never recover their orignal dimensions!
The world really does look that much better now.
The most marked result comes not from the greater sense of positivity that I feel within me, but from the reaction of others over the weeks that have passed since I set out to Heal my Life.
Those around me have noticed a visible difference – for the better.
And Me?
I’ve found a way to live out philosophies that I always believed in but never knew existed.

It is because of her work that I have discovered my purpose and am able to reach out and live my dreams. Through my encounter and success, I also had the pleasure of referring her work to many others including my mum, sister and many friends all of whom are amazed and eternally grateful for the experience and transformation they have experienced.
My interaction with Ashika is ongoing and she is now my transformational “life coach” for eternity. Through my continued experience of the many facets of her work, I have discovered that she has profoundly evolved. Her continued learning, experience and determination to becoming her best each day is her passion. This is present through my experience and others with her.
Ashika is leader of true passion, love, dedication and commitment as this is her purpose. I wish for her love, light and blessings in this new leadership role. Ashika is the transformational change which our future leaders in South Africa need.
